Our Services

Meal prep service is available weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed.
Service Fee includes:
• In-home client assessment
• Recipe research
• Menu planning
• Grocery shopping
• Transportation (up to 20 miles total)
• Meal preparation
• Packaging
• Labeling
• Heating instructions
• Post Cook-date kitchen cleaning
Our chefs create menus to fit each family's specific preferences and dietary needs. In addition to having huge ethnic food repertoires, our personal chefs are skilled at cooking for special diets of all types. Are you eating Paleo? No problem,. Are you diabetic and need help controlling your diet? No problem. Need low sodium, fat, sugar or carb? Food allergies? Vegetarian or vegan? Athlete in training? Busy mom? Just want scratch made, healthy prepared meals?
Menu Plans
All entrees are served with an appropriate side dish and serve four adults.
$50/ hour ( 3 hour minimum)
*Cost of groceries is NOT included in the service fee.
Container Fee
The type and cost of containers to be used are based on the preferred method of meal storage and will be discussed during the client assessment. Containers become the property of the client and the cost usually does not exceed $50
Grocery Deposit
A 20% grocery deposit is due and payable in advance to reserve the cook date. Each cook date the grocery deposit is adjusted to reflect the actual costs and the balance is either reimbursed or due upon completion of service.
Service Fee
The service fee is due on the cook date, payable by cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App and PayPal.
*Prices are subject to change based on increasing food and supply costs.
POLICIES
Cancellation – to avoid cancellation fees, you must notify us by telephone at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event date. In the event the cancellation or rescheduling request is made 2-9 days before the event date, you will be charged a $100 fee. If the request is made the day before the event, you will be charged 50% of your total services. If cancellation or rescheduling is made on the day of the event, you will be charged the full amount. Rescheduling your event is based upon availability.
*Signed contract must be returned to SMS by client within 3 days of receipt or the agreed upon date will be open and request will be null and void.
*Deposit must be received by SMS within 3-4 days of client receiving contract or the agreed upon date will be open and request will be null and void.
